What if we book and the weather is bad?

If we encounter some rain or cold, After Hours is equipped with Strato-Glass enclosures for the Sky Lounge and After Deck to keep you warm, dry and comfortable.  We also have full air conditioning and heat underway with our extensive ships systems.  If we see that the weather will be seriously unfavorable for your particular booking, we will call you to reschedule for a better time, according to your calendar or refund the booking.  In the Florida Keys, weather systems pass quickly and usually are not a deterrent to a yacht of this size with the safety equipment aboard After Hours.

What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers 30 days prior to your reservation date. If you need to cancel, then simply send us an email and we will refund your booking right away.

Can we choose our menu?

Absolutely!  After making your reservation, we send you an email with menu choices.  When you arrive we will be stocked and ready to serve according to your menu choices.

Do I need a passport?

You will need a passport or passport card if your chosen booking takes us out of the United States, for example to the Bahamas.  You do not need a passport if staying in the Key West area.

How safe is it?

We would never take our guests into an unsafe situation.  With 28 years of experience in the Charter Business, our qualified Licensed Master Captain and Coast Guard Certified and Inspected yacht, After Hours, know how to navigate you safely to a dream vacation get-away.
