Meet the Crew

Brian Conopask

Born and raised in Connecticut he spent most of his summers growing up in and around the waters of New England. After moving to California at 19 his love for the water only grew. Becoming an avid surfer he could be found in and around the waters of Huntington Beach most mornings before going to work. In 2015 he became a dive instructor in Honduras and spent the next 5 years working on dive boats all around the world. In early 2020 he got his captains license and moved to Key West that summer where he began running After Hours on a full time basis. Captain Brian loves to travel and when not working is most likely looking for the next place to go diving or kitesurfing.

Rachel Green

Our beloved stewardess , Rachel , first came down to the Florida Keys in the Summer of 2017 to work at Florida Sea Base High Adventure Sea Camp. During her time as Sea Base, she taught youth how to sail, snorkel, and fish onboard an 81 ft live aboard schooner sailboat. After graduating from college in 2018 with a degree in Environmental Science, Rachel moved down to the Florida Keys full time. Soon thereafter, she started working for After Hours Yacht.

Rachel provides a five star experience for guests while onboard; serving drinks and delicious cuisine. In addition to providing excellent service, Rachel is also a licensed 100 ton captain and highly skilled on deck. She’s an invaluable member of the team and has taken on various other roles in our charter business including managing reservations and marketing.

Beyond her work for After Hours , Rachel is also a registered travel agent and runs her own Florida Keys vacation planning business called “Key West Guide Girl”. Reach out to Rachel for all the best tips and tricks for optimizing your experience during your visit to Key West.

Boat Dogs

What could make a yacht charter better you ask? How about two loving, fluffy pups to welcome you and your party onboard! Perhaps our most popular crew members are Gunter and BMO (Bee-mo).

Guests are also more than welcome to bring their own dogs!

For those who are not dog-people or suffer from allergies, just let us know and we will be happy to leave the pups with our designated dog sitters, conveniently docked next door.

Key West Historic Seaport

One of the best parts of chartering After Hours is that your adventure starts and ends at Key West Historic Seaport. You can prepare for your trip by finding new beachwear or supplies nearby and enjoy lodging or a bon voyage meal on the scenic docks. Then toast your trip afterwards at one of our local bars and restaurants.
